Connecting via RDP from Windows, macOS, Linux, and iOS
Recommended Remote Desktop applications for all major desktop and mobile operating systems.
### 1-Click Connection File
On your **Deployments** page, click **Download .RDP**. Double-clicking this file opens your operating system's native remote desktop client with your server IP and optimal 32-bit color depth pre-configured.
### Recommended RDP Clients
- **Windows**: Built-in `mstsc.exe` (Press `Win + R`, type `mstsc`, enter your IP).
- **macOS**: Microsoft Remote Desktop (available free on the Mac App Store).
- **Linux**: Remmina, FreeRDP (`xfreerdp /v:YOUR_IP /u:Administrator`), or KRDC.
- **iOS / Android**: RD Client by Microsoft Corporation.
### Port & Credentials
- **Port**: Default is `3389`.
- **Username**: `Administrator`
- **Password**: The password you specified during profile creation.
