Because LinWin Cloud provides digital, intangible products—specifically automated VPS deployment scripts, high-bandwidth OS mirror streaming, and instant API credit provisioning—ALL SALES OF DEPLOYMENT CREDITS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once deployment credits have been added to your account balance, they cannot be exchanged for cash, credited back to a card, or refunded to a cryptocurrency wallet.

2. Try Before You Buy: 1 Free Trial Deploy

To ensure our service meets your technical requirements and is fully compatible with your specific VPS hosting provider (such as Leaseweb, Hetzner, Vultr, or OVH), LinWin provides 1 FREE deployment credit automatically upon account registration.

We strongly advise all users to utilize this free trial credit to verify their target hardware, virtualization flags (VT-x/AMD-V), and network environment prior to purchasing paid credit packages.

3. Deployment Failure & Automatic Credit Protection

If an automated installation fails due to a verified platform error, broken mirror stream, or system bug, your credit is never lost:

If a deployment fails before completion, your deployment credit is automatically preserved or immediately refunded to your account balance by our automated watchdog.

If you experience an unexpected failure where credit was deducted, simply open a ticket in our Support Desk or use the Contact Us page. Our engineering staff will inspect the deployment logs and restore your credit balance promptly.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal, credit card issuers, or cryptocurrency processors without contacting our Support Desk first will result in immediate suspension of your LinWin account, revocation of all remaining credits, and permanent blacklisting of associated IP addresses and server subnets.
